How to Make Seasoned Sour Cream Dip

Seasoned Sour Cream Dip couldn’t be easier to make. It’s simply a matter of adding the ingredients and taste testing until it tastes utterly fabulous.

You need to dice the onion very finely and mince the garlic with a garlic press.

I mixed one diced onion and a few cloves of garlic with a full pot of sour cream then added the rest of the ingredients, a little at a time.

Freezing Seasoned Sour Cream Dip

I’m sorry but this isn’t one for the freezer. I know it sucks. But if you freeze this Seasoned Sour Cream Dip the sour cream will separate and go all funky. I have heard you can add some cornflour (corn-starch) to sort out the texture but I’ve never had enough leftovers to try this.

How to Serve Seasoned Sour Cream Dip

I offer Seasoned Sour Cream Dip to the kids with vegetable sticks but my kids turn their noses up, lots of their friends love it this way though. Sometimes I make up little snack pots of Classic Humous Dip and Seasoned Sour Cream Dip with veggie sticks. They keep in the fridge for a few days and are a great easy snack option for the mid afternoon munchies.

I also like to add Seasoned Sour Cream Dip to my salads and jacket potatoes. A tablespoon or two on the side adds extra protein and something moist to my salads.

And of course it’s fantastic with chips. By chips I mean both Fries and Crisps. In the UK we call fries chips and chips crisps. Either way, this Seasoned Sour Cream Dip is incredible!
