I’m scrapbooking some photos of me and my baby girl out on a hike. I’m pairing them with Dreamy Pastels papers from Craft Sensations, washi tape and Distress Inks for a soft and dreamy scrapbook layout.

Designer Scrapbook Papers

I love the designer papers from Craft Sensations. There are loads and loads of different designs to choose from. I’m literally spoilt for choice. The quality is great, they don’t feel thin or flimsy but they are fantastically good value.

I get them from the Range and typically pay just £2.99 a pack. Even on a tight budget I can afford to have a whole stack to choose from.

Scrapbook Embellishments

One of the many things i like about the Craft Sensations paper packs in that they often include extra elements like tags and small images. On this scrapbook layout I’ve fussy cut some of the little toppers and stuck them onto my page.

I’ve added little strips of washi tape above each topper and around my photos and journaling.

To make the layers pop a bit more I’ve inked the edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Victorian Velvet.

Scrapbook Page Title

For the title I’ve inked up one of my favourite alphabet stamps. I originally bought mine from Papermania but it’s long since been discontinued, I was able to find a similar one on Amazon to link below. I love that this little stamp set has both capital and lower case letters as well as a cursive font.

I’m on a tight budget so I am very careful about where I spend my crafty pennies. Products that I will use time and time again for many different projects are worth investing in. This stamp set has been one of those crafty staples.
