I’m scrapbooking these Wedding Day photos and memorabilia. I’m used the Vintage Florals papers from Make and Create and die cuts from Sizzix with simple layering techniques to make an elegant scrapbook page to remember this special Wedding Day and keep the associated memorabilia.
Designer Scrapbook Papers
I love the designer papers from Make and Create. There are loads and loads of different designs to choose from. I’m literally spoilt for choice. The quality is great, they don’t feel thin or flimsy but they are fantastically good value.
I get them from the Works and typically pay just £4.00 a pack. Even on a tight budget I can afford to have a whole stack to choose from.
This Vintage Florals pack was just perfect for these scrapbooking these neutral themed wedding photos.
Scrapbook Embellishments
Whenever possible I like to use memorabilia from the day to embellish my scrapbook pages. In this case I saved the invitation and place cards from the Wedding Day. As well as some sweet little wooden hearts that were used as table decorations.
With such a lot of memorabilia to use I didn’t feel the need to add any other embellishments.

I’ve mounted the invitation onto a piece of white card half an inch larger than the card. Then I’ve stuck this onto a slightly larger piece of kraft paper from the Vintage Floral paper pack. And a final mat of slightly larger white card completes the framed look.
Only the back of the invitation is stuck down so that it can still be opened and read. I love keeping memorabilia in this way.
I’ve made mats for the photos in a similar way, omitting the largest mat.
The place cards had to be bunched up a bit to get them all to fit into the layout but I’m pretty happy with how it’s looking.
Scrapbook Page Title
As this is quite a cluttered layout with all of the memorabilia I didn’t want to squeeze a large title in as well. Instead I die cut a little tag and wrote a simple title on that. The Wedding Invitation includes details of names and dates so I didn’t feel the need to add these again as the page was so full already.
