Creative Travel Journal Inspiration with a Trip to the Zoo

I treated my small people to a trip to Blackpool Zoo. When we got home I made this travel journal layout to capture our memories.

Designer Scrapbook Papers

I grabbed another Craft Sensations papers pack for this layout. This time I chose Welcome to Paradise because it has some animal elements that complemented my photos.

Scrapbook Embellishments

Most of the embellishments I’ve used on this layout are taken from the Craft Sensations Welcome to Paradise paper pack. But I have also used quite a bit of washi tape to add some interest and texture to the pages.

Hey there I’m Bridie, a busy mum to two amazing humans, a spirited border collie puppy and a pair of sweet guinea pigs. We homestead in a cherished Edwardian terrace in not so sunny Lancashire, England.

When I’m not spending time with my children and menagerie, I’m usually to be found in my craft room creating and blogging or in the kitchen cooking up a big batch of something tasty.
