Discover minimalist scrapbook embellishments including Craft Sensations Soft Romance paper strips and Tim Holtz Distress Ink to elevate your large-scale layouts. Craft Sensations’ designer papers offer diverse designs at great value, perfect for budget-friendly creativity. For bold layouts, minimal embellishments like inked paper strips and a dash of glittery tape create striking effects. A simple yet impactful title using Mid West Alphabet Die completes the layout.
Designer Scrapbook Papers
I love the designer papers from Craft Sensations. There are loads and loads of different designs to choose from. I’m literally spoilt for choice. The quality is great, they don’t feel thin or flimsy but they are fantastically good value.

I get them from the Range and typically pay just £2.99 a pack. Even on a tight budget I can afford to have a whole stack to choose from.

This Soft Romance paper pack was just right to echo the purple and teal shades in my photos.
Scrapbook Embellishments
Because this scrapbook layout is very big and bold I’ve kept the embellishments to a minimum.
The background is made up of strips of Soft Romance papers which have been cut into a reverse V shape on one end.

Each layer of paper has been inked around the edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Seedless Preserves.
The only other embellishment I’ve added is a strip of glittery tape in a lovely deep pink shade.
Scrapbook Page Title

I’ve gone for a big and bold title but kept it quite simple. My trusty Mid West Alphabet Die from XCut was the perfect choice – I love this die and get sooo much use out of it!

A Little Bit About Me . . .
Thank you so much for stopping by my little corner of the interweb. I’m Bridie, mum to two small humans, full time homemaker and full time craftaholic – which totally explains why I’m always short on time!

I’ve included links to my favourite retailers for the products I’ve used to make my crafts. Click on any of the product images and links for full details. If you decide to buy any of these products I may get a small percentage of what you spend. There’s no cost to you at all.
