Each year Blackpool has a free light show with the whole sea front illuminated. We visit every year and walk through the Illuminations. I’m scrapbooking the photos of my baby girl’s first visit to the Blackpool Illuminations.
Designer Scrapbook Papers
I love the designer papers form Craft Sensations. There are loads and loads of different designs to choose from. I’m literally spoilt for choice. The quality is great, they don’t feel thin or flimsy but they are fantastically good value.
I get them from the Range and typically pay just £2.99 a pack. Even on a tight budget I can afford to have a whole stack to choose from.
I love this Christmas themed paper pack. Most of the motifs are of snow / stars and glitter so they were the perfect fit for these night-time photos.
Scrapbook Embellishments
The Craft Sensations paper packs often include tags and image panels. These make great embellishments for cards and scrapbook pages. They co-ordinate perfectly with the rest of the pages so it’s super easy to make a really cohesive scrapbook layout.
I’ve also added some Glitter Dome Stickers that my wonderful kidos bought me for my birthday. And I’ve also added a little bit of golden washi tape for an extra touch of sparkle.

How could I not use mirri card on a layout like this? I’ve die cut some big bold lettering in bright mirri card for my title, using one of my favourite alphabet dies, the Mid West from XCut.
