Oh wow, I never knew a salad could taste this GOOD!! I serve this Chicken Caesar Salad at every party I host and it always gets me loads of compliments. I make a big batch any excuse I get so that I can live off the leftovers for days afterwards. It’s become my very favourite lunch recipe.
Ingredients
- 500g Chicken £2.99
- 250ml Mayonnaise 48p
- 100ml Lemon Juice 10p
- Tablespoon Dijon Mustard 15p
- Small Tin Anchovies 65p
- Garlic Granules 25p
Total = £4.62
Makes 10 servings = 46p per serving

How to Make Chicken Caesar Salad
Cook the Chicken Breast
Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
Pop them into a frying pan and fry until fully cooked.
Make the Caesar Salad Dressing
To make the delicious dressing mince the anchovies.

Add about 100ml of lemon juice.

And a Tablespoon of Dijon mustard.

Then add about half a bottle of mayonnaise.

Finally add a Tablespoon of garlic granules.

Give it all a good stir.

And mix in the chicken breast pieces.

Serving Chicken Caesar Salad
I love it served with boiled new potatoes and a side salad. It’s great spooned over packet potatoes and even in sandwiches.
