- 2 whisked eggs
Makes 10 waffles / 4 – 5 servings

How to Make Classic Waffles
This Classic Waffles Recipe is super easy peasy.
Just mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
Pre-heat and grease your waffle maker. This is the most important step, make sure you grease your waffle maker really well.
Add about 100ml of mixture to a double waffle maker.

Cook them for 8 minutes.
Gently tease the Waffles off the waffle maker using a non-stick tool.
I like them served with sliced bananas and drizzled with honey. Of course the kids love them covered in chocolate nut spread! They are delectable with the first summer strawberries and cream.
I do hope that my Classic Waffles Recipe has inspired you to have a go at making your own breakfast waffles from scratch instead of paying for packet mixes.
